I'm back.

I know it has been a long time since I posted. However, I am back. It is going to take a bit of time to get the blog going again. Nevertheless, I am going to give it a go.

Lets start with an easy post. What happened to house prices since I stopped blogging? They stopped falling! Obviously, this had something to do with my disappearance.

Now that I am back, I expect them to start falling again.

  1. Welcome back!

I think things have been relatively quite over the last year in terms of economic drama compared to 2008 but things seem to be coming to the boil a bit now with QEII, currency wars and sovereign debt crises.

Even whey you were gone your site was still very useful as I check it everyday for the links.

  4. Frankly, I am very surprised that anyone would realise that I was back. I thought it would take a while before readers returned.

It is going to take a few weeks before I am in "full flow" raging against UK property prices.

  11. hi Alice,

rss and blog subscriptions - I would guess most of your regular readers had them. If you read a lot of blogs it's the only way to manage them. You get a snippet of each post and just read the ones that appeal. Saves visiting each blog every day.

e.g. blogger.com - just "add" to your reading list.

Then treat us better, don't storm off without so much as a cherio.

Anyway, pleased to see you back after all this time.

  15. Alice, great to know that you are back. What happened? Did you two split up... for good? Sorry to hear! You know... I'm still waiting... and so might be a few others. You didn't have to elope and disappear from the world?
