Osbourne - National debt will reach £1 trillion

Now it is Osbourne's turn - he reckons that Darling will double the national debt to £1 trillion.

For some strange reason, I keep thinking about that old girly rhyme about cream cakes - "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips".

    Osbourne is facing an open goal but will manage to boot the ball into the stands.
