Is it fun being a billionaire?

"Yes, but it is such hard work."

The press had two stories about Sir. Allen Stanford, the "fun-being-a-billionaire" financier. First, the US government claims that he owes $226.6 million in back taxes, penalties and interest. But does that happen? How does someone get that far behind in their taxes?

Second, Stanford's lawyer quit because "He doesn’t have access to funds." That sounds a lot like he doesn't have any money. What? A billionaire without any money? Surely, Sir Allen qualifies for a bailout.
